Your Responsibilities:

In this interim role, you will lead the Corporate HR function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving a culture of high performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business priorities within the legal and professional services industry.
  • Overseeing talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
  • Enhancing employee engagement and retention through innovative HR initiatives and programs.
  • Managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Driving change management initiatives and supporting organizational transformation efforts.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure effective delivery of services.

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the legal and professional services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, along with a deep understanding of employment law.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in operational implementation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant HR qualification or professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
